<About Quality>
Our company follows the Japanese Food Sanitation Law, Article 10, which governs the use of food additives.
In principle, using a fluorescent substance in the production of paper napkins has not been approved by the law.
We use virgin paper pulp which contains no fluorescent substances.
Our inks follow the same regulations. Our products use only food-colorings instead of the pigments usually used for printing.
Paper napkins are our first product.They are made in Japan and they are a completely safe product.

Virgin pulp is fully biodegradable and returns to the environment without releasing any harmful substances.

Craftsmen cut the Kimono and stitch by hand, one by one.Kimono fabric placemat concept is creating a new form of kimono goods.
Kimono is a delicate fabrics which has been made water repellent to protect from stains. Each product is hand-sewn by Japanese craftsmen.

Our company uses kimono cloth. Kimono is Japanese traditional wear and made from pure silk.
It is very valuable and expensive. It is from about 1” (3mm) to 2” (4mm).
Each product is carefully hand-stitched by experienced craftsmen.

The product is water-repellant, meaning it is protected from and stain-resistant against water, wine, soy sauce etc.
The repellent effect lasts approximately one year, and is food-safe. The authentic feel of Japanese kimono is unchanged by the water-repellant properties.
